I am a mechanical engineer with an unusually wide-ranging background: from IT specialist to electrical engineering and mechanical design. This combination gives me a deep understanding of the interplay between software, electronics and mechanics - a view of the big picture that few people have. I work systematically, practically and with a clear focus on technical feasibility.

- Ich überführe bestehende Produkte in parametrische CAD-Modelle zur effizienteren Fertigung, erstelle CAM-Programme und bin zudem für die Konstruktion von neuen Produkten verantwortlich.
- Im Kundenauftrag konstruiere ich individuelle Fahrzeugausbauten auf Basis von 3D-Scans, vor allem für Sonderanwendungen wie z.B. Jagdfahrzeuge, und automatisiere auch Standardprodukte zur effizienteren Anpassung.
- Zusammen mit der Geschäftsleitung habe ich die CNC-Fräsmaschine technisch weiterentwickelt – inklusive Welchsel der Hauptspindel und Integration eines Vakuumspannsystems.

- Im projektbasierten Sondermaschinen- und Vorrichtungsbau habe ich branchenübergreifend Automatisierungslösungen entwickelt – von der Neukonstruktion bis zur Anpassung bestehender Anlagen. Schwerpunkte waren Robotik, Auslegung von Sensorik & Aktorik sowie die technische Planung und Dokumentation.
- Ich habe einen neuen hochwertigen 3D-Drucker eingeführt, eine Nutzungsdokumentation und Konstruktionsrichtlinie erstellt sowie ein optimiertes Lagersystem für Filamente implementiert, das die Druckqualität gesichert und Folgekosten deutlich reduziert hat.
- Ich habe eine Wissensdatenbank etabliert, die Mitarbeiter bei der eigenständigen Arbeit unterstützt, und hierfür wichtige Inhalte sowie praxisnahe Richtlinien und Anleitungen – etwa zur Konstruktion in Robotik und zum 3D-Druck – selbst verfasst.

Whether functional models, design studies or assembly-ready components – I support you from the first 3D model to the finished prototype. This allows form, function and manufacturability to be assessed at an early stage and development times to be significantly reduced. In addition, I can provide consulting support for product development all the way to mass production.
Consulting
You need an independent and technically sound assessment? I advise you in all phases of your product development or production optimization – from the feasibility analysis and concept evaluation to the selection of suitable manufacturing processes. I also support you with my hands-on experience in investment decisions, technical evaluations or specific problem-solving.

Software Development

In the era of Industry 4.0, data plays a central role. I support you in the development and implementation of software-based solutions for the collection, processing, and evaluation of machine and process data. Whether sensor integration, IoT connectivity, or data analysis – I help you digitally connect your production systems and make valuable information usable for efficiency improvements, predictive maintenance, or quality monitoring. The solutions are individually tailored to your infrastructure and can be flexibly integrated into existing systems.
Electronics planning
I provide support in the planning of electronic components, such as selecting I/O boxes for connecting sensors and actuators, designing power supplies and variable frequency drives (VFD), as well as managing cables with energy chains and cable ducts. I also offer consulting on battery systems and renewable energy for autonomous systems and vehicles. All services are provided exclusively as consulting – implementation and approval must be carried out by a certified electrical specialist.

Project management

Efficient project management is crucial to the success of technical projects. I take on the role of technical project lead for you or support you in specific areas – from project planning and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to quality assurance. In doing so, I place particular emphasis on transparent communication, on-time delivery, and a practical implementation.
